Cathy R. Watson Foundation Application
Cathy R. Watson “Gigi’s” Foundation is here to help with financial assistance for families battling cancer. The purpose of this program is to provide support to families burdened with medical bills and want options on finding specialized treatment outside of their local area. Individuals will use the funds for out of pocket traveling expenses which include transportation, food, and/or hotel expenses (if applicable).
Application for Financial Assistance
Applicants must provide: proof of medical condition/doctor, preliminary travel booking reservation (if applicable), and flight information (if applicable) or transportation information with the exception of the Hope Lodge. Please email documentation to info729@cathyrwf.org. An advance payment will be made once destination is reached or once providing proof of travel then funds will be reimbursed.
